The T1 01.01.014 line kit is designed to be installed on the KLM Billet Intake Manifold with 20 port injectors, to be used in conjunction with the T1 01.01.03 In Tank Fuel System. Installation will be the same for both the second generation Audi R8 or Lamborghini Huracan. As is the case with any fuel system related work, all work should be performed by a qualified mechanic on a cool engine.

KLM supplies the outer B2 (driver side) with a bung for the factory fuel pressure and temperature sensor. This rail will need to be swapped to the inside B2 location and the wiring extended.

Before beginning installation, note that all ORB ports on the fuel rails are -06 ORB. The only hose assembly in our kit that is a -08AN is the line from the filter to the B1 outer rail. This ORB port will use the only -06 ORB to -08AN male fitting in the kit. All other ports will use -06 ORB to -06AN fittings, or a -06 ORB plug.

Mating the line kit to the hanger assembly will be done essentially the same as how it's done on all versions of this kit. The short -08AN assembly with two 90° hose ends will mate the hanger to the check valve on the bottom of the filter. The below picture has a Fore check valve, but your kit may have a different version. Installation will not vary because of this.

You can see the 18.75" line with 120° and 90* hose ends running from the filter to the B1 outer rail, the 90° end will be on the filter outlet:

The B1 outer rail will feed two different locations, the B2 outer rail and the B2 inner rail. The rear ORB port on the B1 outer rail will use the supplied Radium ORB -06 swivel fitting, which needs to be clocked at approximately the 4 o'clock position, which you can see in the pictures below. The hose assembly being installed here will be the 18" -06AN hose with 120° and 90° hose ends. As you can see, the 120° hose end will be attached to the Radium fitting and also needs to be clocked.

The picture below shows the approximate position, but just pay attention to keeping everything clear of contact with other components when performing the installation. The hose itself will route down in the valley behind the oil filter housing and attach to side port towards the back of the rail. The rear most bung will be plugged on the B2 outer rail and not used:

As mentioned previously, the B1 outer rail will also feed the B2 inner rail. This connection will happen at the front of both rails, which you can see in the picture below using one of the two -06AN hose assemblies with a pair of 120° fittings. Note, the two rail crossover lines seen in the picture are not the same length. The hose assembly we need here is the shorter of the two assemblies. This hose will route behind the hose running between the B1 inner and B2 outer rails:

While we are in this area, the B1 inner and B2 outer rails can be connected with the slightly longer -06AN hose assembly that also has the two 120° hose ends:

The two inner fuel rails will also utilize similar hose assemblies when plumbing to the dual -06AN to -08AN Y-fitting on the return side of things. There are two -06AN hose assemblies with 180° and 30° hose ends, the longer of these two will be used on the B2 (driver side) inner fuel rail. Both will be routed back through the center valley and terminate at the Y-fitting we just mentioned:

The Y-fitting will mate with the ~40" long -08AN hose assembly with 0° and 180° hose ends. The straight hose end will connect at the Y-fitting, route along the firewall, behind the regulator, and connect to the ethanol content sensor:

The fuel pressure regulator will mount to the square OEM chassis brace on the driver side of the engine bay using the provided rivnuts and isolators. The holes will need to be drilled and rivnuts inserted into the brace using a rivnut tool. You can see the installation location in the picture below, although the regulator is an old brand no longer being used:

For this kit, the regulator will be assembled as seen below, with the ethanol content sensor on the left side port. A provided EFI to -08AN fitting has been provided to attach on the opposite side, where the previously mentioned return line will connect.

The only remaining line in the kit is the return line from the regulator to the OEM hard feed line. This will be the -06AN hose assembly with 120° and 60° hose ends. A custom fitting for mating to the OEM hardline has been included and the hose routing can be seen here:
